My stay at Sofitel Chengdu Taihe was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a separate lounge area and great bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff making sure I had everything I needed. The location was excellent, overlooking the river and offering easy access to the heart of the business district. After spending 6 days with the air conditioning malfunctioning in room 1910, we decided to move to room 1610. The rooms were in urgent need of renovation and had a persistent humid smell. Unfortunately, the temperature was uncomfortably hot no matter how we adjusted the thermostat.
